I started in graphic design at Shillington, building a strong foundation in visual communication. I moved into product design through Memorisely, where I developed my approach to user-centred design, from problem definition to prototyping and delivery.

Over the past thirteen years I've designed and shipped products across B2B and consumer, with a recent focus on SaaS platforms. I work closely with engineering and product to take ideas from early concept through to production.

Today the role spans design and build. At Kato I design and ship production front-end with AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor), using our design system as the source of truth. I've also built Claude workflows that let anyone in product prompt high-fidelity, on-brand prototypes.

More recently I've taken on product management alongside design. Design is still the heart of what I do. PM is a growing skill I'm really enjoying: shaping the problem, writing the spec and setting priorities before I design and build.

Got a complex problem? I'll take it from here.
